5TH ANNUAL FATHER & SON FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
Generational Cure in collaboration with Councilman Robert Stephens III, welcomes you to join us this year for our 5th Annual Father and Son Flag Football Tournament. The day will begin with the “Finances of Fatherhood Workshop,” where we will discuss financial planning, leaving an inheritance for the next generation, and investing. Once we are done providing the fathers in our community with useful information, we go into our main event, a 7 on 7 father and son flag football tournament. Youth from the age of 8 through 19 will partner with their fathers, mentors, and men from all walks to create lifelong memories. The day will include music, food, and family fun.

There’s a necessity for highlighting the accomplishments of our youth, on that we as a community need to take seriously. Parents, educators, family members and neighbors, help us celebrate our youth for their extraordinary achievements. THEY DESERVE IT!
2022 Historical Black College Tour
During our HBCU Tour, the youth of Generational Cure experienced life on campus as college students. They toured the campuses of Bethune-Cookman University and Florida Memorial University and gained valuable knowledge from the perspective of current college students. In the words of Fred Taylor, “Exposure leads to expansion.” Thank you to our sponsors who made this tour possible: Miami Dolphins, NAACP, The Trayvon Foundation and Ruben Roberts.
Father’s Rights Workshop
During this event, men from the community were given the golden opportunity to hear free expert legal advice from Family Attorney Jessica Yates.
Enjoying Christmas with the Youth of Our Community
In 2020, Generational Cure partnered with Miami Dolphins, The Trayvon Martin Foundation and Commissioner Barbara Jordan, organized a toy drive for the kids in the community.
Farm Share Food Drives
Food drives are necessary in our communities, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Generational Cure and its partners have been on the front lines providing the community with food and essentials during these unusual times. Continue to support our mission to cure current and future generations.
